Marketing Materials Designer (Fixed‑Term, 1 Year)

About the role

As a Marketing Materials Designer you will create and produce a wide variety of marketing collateral for the bank’s asset‑management business. You will work closely with investment specialists, writers, analysts and portfolio managers, as well as branding, communications, legal and compliance teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce product presentations, printed publications, newsletters and infographics.
• Transform investment content into clear digital and print communication materials, respecting brand guidelines.
• Create dynamic PowerPoint presentations for town halls, events and keynote speakers.
• Develop creative concepts and assets for campaigns across social media, web banners, print and digital ads.
• Maintain a consistent, high‑quality brand presence across all touchpoints.

Required profile

• Higher education in Graphic Design, visual communications or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of graphic‑design experience, preferably in a corporate or financial environment.
• Digital portfolio demonstrating presentation design, print layout and digital assets.
• Fluency in English; German and/or French are a plus.

Required skills

• Microsoft PowerPoint (advanced, dynamic presentations).
• Adobe Creative Suite – InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator.
• Microsoft Word and basic Excel.
• Figma, social‑media platforms, generative image AI tools, Adobe AEM.
• Animation and video creation (plus).
