Lead, Cyber Resilience

About the role

The World Economic Forum is seeking a Lead, Cyber Resilience to drive its Cyber Resilience portfolio within the Centre for Cybersecurity. The role will shape and scale initiatives that strengthen cyber resilience across critical infrastructure sectors worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Scale cyber resilience initiatives, focusing on critical infrastructure sectors.
• Design and execute cross‑industry exchanges to build ecosystem‑level communities of action.
• Build and nurture relationships with public‑ and private‑sector participants.
• Develop thought‑leadership pieces on cyber‑resilience topics such as governance, cyber readiness and supply‑chain security.
• Deploy the Forum’s digital knowledge tools, including Transformation Maps, to raise awareness.
• Shape session design and content for Centre and Forum events and produce insights for white papers, infographics and reports.
• Support strategic delivery of senior‑level cyber initiatives.

Required profile

• Highly driven initiative lead with a strong analytical background.
• Technical acumen in cybersecurity policy and technology.
• Experience or exposure to critical infrastructure industries and their cybersecurity challenges.
• Proven ability to engage and collaborate with public‑ and private‑sector stakeholders.
