Logistics Operator – 6‑Month Contract

About the role

We are looking for a Logistics Operator to support laboratory and office logistics for a six‑month fixed‑term contract. The role ensures efficient inventory management, warehouse operations and timely shipment of analytical and technical materials.

Key responsibilities

• Manage laboratory supplies, including inventory control and stock replenishment.
• Perform warehouse tasks such as requisitioning, restocking consumables, chemicals and other materials using 6S and Kanban systems.
• Coordinate logistics for pharmaceutical samples and technical materials, handling goods receipt and shipments.
• Provide administrative support for logistical operations.
• Collaborate with suppliers to guarantee timely delivery and quality.
• Assist and manage logistics‑related projects and warehousing initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong planning and organisational abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in English; basic spoken German is a plus.
• Effective interpersonal skills for cross‑team collaboration.
• Background in logistics with hands‑on warehouse or inventory experience.
• Degree or apprenticeship in logistics preferred.
