Major Identity Account Manager

About the role

The Major Identity Account Manager will lead the full sales cycle for enterprise‑scale customers in Switzerland, working remotely while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop territory plans for a defined set of accounts in collaboration with management.
• Map product portfolio to customer strategic imperatives and articulate business value to C‑suite and other decision‑makers.
• Generate and follow up on leads, demonstrate identity security and privileged access management solutions, negotiate and close deals.
• Accurately forecast sales and maintain records in Salesforce CRM.
• Work with channel partners and internal teams such as Solution Engineers, Customer Success, Marketing, and Channel Account Managers.

Required profile

• Proven success in SaaS and subscription sales, preferably with large enterprise software solutions.
• Strong understanding of identity security, privileged access management, and related use cases.
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Active network of contacts across the enterprise customer ecosystem.

Required skills

• Experience with Salesforce CRM.
• Knowledge of SaaS sales processes.
• Understanding of identity security and privileged access management concepts.
