Join Kanadevia Inova to turn advanced analytics and artificial intelligence into tangible business impact. As the Manager Analytics & AI you will shape the AI strategy, lead high‑performing teams and deliver measurable value across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team of Data Scientists, ML Engineers and AI Specialists, fostering innovation and continuous growth.
• Define and execute the Analytics & AI roadmap, identifying high‑value opportunities and driving responsible AI adoption.
• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to translate challenges into impactful AI and analytics solutions.
• Oversee the development, deployment and operation of scalable AI, Machine Learning and MLOps platforms.
• Provide hands‑on technical leadership, architectural oversight and expertise in AI, GenAI, ML and modern technologies.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in Analytics, Data Science, Machine Learning or AI, with a track record of building high‑performing teams.
• Strong business‑oriented mindset, able to translate opportunities into measurable outcomes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, capable of influencing and driving change across global teams.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics or related field.
• Experience in engineering, manufacturing, energy or other industrial environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Deep expertise in AI, Machine Learning and Advanced Analytics.
• Hands‑on knowledge of MLOps, model deployment and cloud platforms (preferably Azure).
• Proficiency in Python.
• Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI and AI Agents.
