Marketing Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a Marketing Analyst to join a global, data‑driven team focused on user acquisition and business growth. Working remotely from Switzerland, you will turn large‑scale marketing and campaign data into actionable insights that shape strategy, optimization, and budget allocation.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver detailed analytical reports on marketing campaigns, highlighting optimization opportunities.
• Analyze daily marketing KPIs, detect anomalies, and investigate performance trends.
• Design, monitor, and evaluate A/B tests, providing clear, statistically‑backed recommendations.
• Improve and maintain attribution models, LTV frameworks, and performance measurement methodologies.
• Develop actionable insights to enhance campaign effectiveness, targeting, and ROI.
• Optimize reporting systems and budgeting tools for accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure data consistency across analytics initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical, mathematical, economics, or related quantitative field.
• Strong knowledge of statistical analysis and mathematical concepts applied to marketing analytics.
• Excellent English communication skills (B2+ level).
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a remote‑first environment.
