Marketing Video Editor

About the role

We are seeking a creative Marketing Video Editor to produce high‑impact short‑form videos for paid acquisition campaigns. You will work remotely, collaborating with growth and marketing teams to craft performance‑driven ad content for platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.

Key responsibilities

• Create and edit short‑form videos (up to 2 minutes) tailored for social media ad campaigns.
• Partner with marketing and growth teams to generate concepts and iterate based on performance data.
• Analyze campaign results to refine storytelling, pacing, and visual execution.
• Leverage AI‑powered tools (Runway, Pika, Luma, Midjourney, ElevenLabs, etc.) to enhance production workflows.
• Research competitor ads, social trends, and emerging formats to inform strategy.
• Experiment with new visual effects and editing techniques to improve efficiency and impact.
• Support modular creative development by building, testing, and remixing high‑performing content elements.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 + year of experience in video editing, motion design, or a similar creative production role.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Solid understanding of composition, typography, pacing, and visual storytelling.
• Hands‑on experience with AI tools for video generation, animation, or editing automation.
• Basic knowledge of performance marketing and conversion‑oriented creative design.
• Excellent attention to detail, time‑management, and self‑organization.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, remote‑first environment.
