Middle+ Marketing Data Analyst

About the role

This position is a remote‑first role based in Switzerland, focused on turning complex marketing data into actionable insights. You will own end‑to‑end analytics delivery for client accounts, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to design, build, and maintain reporting solutions that drive strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full analytics lifecycle for assigned clients, ensuring alignment with business and marketing objectives.
• Design, develop, and optimise dashboards and reports using Looker, Power BI, and Tableau.
• Write, troubleshoot and optimise complex SQL queries for analysis, reporting and data validation.
• Create and maintain data transformation workflows, applying dbt and data‑modeling best practices.
• Conduct QA and user‑acceptance testing to guarantee data accuracy and reliability.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders, translate them into analytical solutions, and communicate insights clearly.
• Identify trends, risks and opportunities in marketing data and provide proactive recommendations.
• Leverage AI‑powered tools to accelerate analysis, documentation and overall productivity.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst with a strong focus on marketing analytics.
• Proven ability to work directly with clients, understand business needs and deliver business‑focused insights.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Experience performing QA/UAT testing on large data sets.

Required skills

• Looker, Power BI or Tableau (advanced expertise in at least one)
• SQL (building, optimizing and troubleshooting complex queries)
