Night Reception & Service Host (m/f/d)

About the role

As a Night Reception & Service Host at Ruby, you will be the first point of contact for guests arriving after hours, ensuring they feel welcomed and comfortable from check‑in to their last drink. You will work in a vibrant, Lean Luxury environment where personality and creativity are valued.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, manage check‑in/check‑out and provide personalized service throughout the night.
• Prepare and serve cocktails, drinks and light snacks with efficiency and flair.
• Set up and maintain the breakfast buffet and arrange tables for the following morning.
• Handle end‑of‑day closing procedures, ensuring all operational tasks are completed smoothly.
• Offer local insider tips and recommend city hotspots to enhance guest experiences.

Required profile

• Some experience in the hotel or hospitality industry (not mandatory).
• Comfortable working night shifts and able to stay organized under pressure.
• Reliable, multitasking, eager to learn and adapt.
• Empathetic, humorous and enjoys teamwork.
• Fluent in French and English.
