About the role
We are looking for a part‑time remote Customer Care Executive / Senior Customer Success Manager to ensure our clients receive top‑level support and enjoy a seamless experience. The role blends customer service, relationship building and sales support, with a focus on the sports and football sector.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat or phone, providing accurate and timely assistance.
- Maintain clear communication with clients and partners, ensuring expectations are met.
- Build and nurture long‑term relationships, monitoring satisfaction and engagement.
- Identify and resolve issues promptly, escalating when necessary.
- Support sales initiatives by upselling relevant services and recommending solutions.
Required profile
- Proven experience in customer support, service and satisfaction best practices.
- Strong interpersonal and written/ verbal communication abilities.
- Background in sales with a track record of spotting opportunities.
- Excellent organizational and time‑management skills to handle multiple tasks.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Passion for sports, especially football, is a plus.
