Performance Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to join a fast‑paced, data‑driven team in Switzerland. You will own paid acquisition initiatives across major platforms, optimizing campaigns to drive measurable business growth and improve conversion funnels.

Key responsibilities

• Execute, optimize and scale paid acquisition campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube, App Campaigns).
• Manage and improve Apple Search Ads for mobile app user acquisition.
• Monitor performance using CAC, CPA, ROAS, LTV, conversion rates and user quality metrics.
• Design, run and analyse A/B tests on audiences, creatives, bidding strategies, landing pages and campaign structures.
• Build performance dashboards and deliver actionable insights with marketing analytics and BI tools.
• Oversee substantial advertising budgets, ensuring efficient spend allocation and sustainable growth.
• Collaborate with product, analytics, creative, engineering and compliance teams to enhance attribution and measurement frameworks.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, platform updates, privacy regulations and best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on performance marketing experience with ownership of paid search and user acquisition campaigns.
• Proven track record managing six‑ or seven‑figure monthly advertising budgets.
• Deep expertise in Google Ads and strong results in campaign optimisation.
• Experience with mobile measurement platforms such as AppsFlyer.
• Experience with Apple Search Ads is strongly preferred.
