Product Manager – AI‑Native Workspace

About the role

Nexthink is looking for an experienced Product Manager to own day‑to‑day delivery of the AI‑native Workspace product. You will work closely with engineering, design and cross‑functional teams to drive the roadmap, ensure high‑value releases and keep the product aligned with the broader Workspace strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end product delivery from problem definition and discovery through release and iteration.
• Conduct ongoing customer research, translate insights into prioritized product opportunities and define success metrics for features.
• Lead agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand‑ups, backlog grooming, retrospectives, demos) with the engineering‑design triad.
• Collaborate with Design, Product Marketing, Sales and Customer Success to coordinate launches and ensure organization‑wide alignment.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of Product Management experience in a B2B SaaS environment, working closely with engineering teams.
• Familiarity with AI‑powered product features and strong discovery skills (customer interviews, data synthesis).
• Excellent collaboration and communication abilities, self‑starter mindset and professional‑level English.
