Project Coordinator – Digital Community Platform (myAO)

About the role

The Project Coordinator will manage the day‑to‑day operations of the myAO digital community platform, ensuring a vibrant, well‑governed environment that supports AO’s mission to improve patient care through education, innovation, and collaboration. This part‑time position (80%) acts as the operational hub for member experience, content coordination, and stakeholder communication.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily community activity, enforce governance standards, and route issues to the Senior Project Manager.
• Handle group applications, member queries, and support requests with timely, professional responses.
• Implement moderation policies, safety guidelines, and governance frameworks.
• Onboard, train, and support group admins and moderators.
• Plan, draft, and publish platform communications such as announcements, newsletters, and onboarding messages.
• Maintain the editorial calendar in collaboration with Marketing and the Senior Project Manager.
• Develop content toolkits, templates, and guidelines for consistent member experience.
• Collect, consolidate, and analyse engagement data, prepare reports, and track KPIs.
• Coordinate cross‑functional meetings, serve as the operational contact for internal and external stakeholders, and track platform‑related tasks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Digital Media, Community Management, Project Management, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in project coordination, community management, or digital platforms are a plus.
