Projects & Business Controller

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Projects & Business Controller to join our Controlling team in Meyrin on a two‑year fixed‑term contract. The role blends financial controlling with the leadership of transformation projects and process automation, acting as a key partner to our Maisons.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the local finance business partner for the Maisons, providing commentary, challenging assumptions and explaining performance.
• Lead budget and forecasting cycles, track variances and support decision‑making together with commercial teams and headquarters.
• Act as PMO for group, regional and local projects, ensuring alignment and successful execution.
• Re‑engineer and automate repetitive finance operations to increase efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design and implement digital and data‑visualisation solutions.
• Partner with other Controlling teams on digitalisation initiatives and provide robust analytical support for strategic decisions.

Required profile

• Master’s degree or equivalent in finance, economics, engineering or a related analytical field.
• At least five years of professional experience in finance, controlling or consulting.
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to influence and partner with business units.
• Proven track record of managing multiple stakeholders in fast‑paced environments.
• Highly organized, resilient under pressure and capable of handling several projects and budget streams simultaneously.
