Public Relations Project Manager

About the role

Piaget is looking for a bright and enthusiastic Public Relations Project Manager to support the creation and execution of its celebrity, influencer and press strategy on an international level. You will help maximise brand exposure both offline and online while ensuring seamless collaboration with talent and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the Maison’s Celebrity and Influencer strategy, supporting local subsidiaries.
• Lead end‑to‑end planning, execution and monitoring of PR campaigns, ensuring they meet budget, timeline and strategic objectives.
• Oversee content creation and distribution by talent and influencers, maintaining brand messaging consistency.
• Manage logistics for celebrity and influencer participation in events.
• Analyse campaign performance (reach, engagement, sentiment, media value, ROI) and produce post‑campaign reports with insights.
• Support risk and crisis management by identifying communication bottlenecks and structuring response strategies.
• Track project budgets, expenses and supplier documentation.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with legal, advertising and brand guidelines.

Required profile

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in PR within the luxury industry.
• Strong written and oral communication skills with a passion for creativity.
• Collaborative mindset and proven experience working cross‑functionally (events, marketing, product).
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent prioritisation, time‑management and organisational abilities.
