Quality Engineer – Assembly & Complaint Management

About the role

We are looking for a Quality Engineer to support our assembly operations and lead the management of customer and supplier complaints. You will coordinate quality‑related activities, drive problem‑solving initiatives and ensure compliance with internal and customer quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain customer satisfaction through effective complaint handling and relationship management.
• Address supplier quality issues, implement containment actions and coordinate PPAP submissions.
• Lead root‑cause analysis (RCA) using tools such as 8D, PDCA, 5 Why and Ishikawa diagrams.
• Drive corrective and preventive actions and support change‑management processes.
• Assist production teams in scrap reduction, process efficiency improvements and uphold quality standards on assembly lines.

Required profile

• Engineering degree (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or related).
• 3 years of relevant experience preferred; recent graduates are also encouraged to apply.
• Strong analytical mindset, data‑driven approach and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills in French and English; German is a plus.

Required skills

• Problem‑solving methodologies: 8D, PDCA, 5 Why, Ishikawa diagrams.
• Root‑cause analysis (RCA) techniques.
• Technical knowledge of mechanics, plastics and electronics.
• Experience with process automation, AI solutions and vision systems (advantageous).
• Proficiency in French and English.
