Recruiting Coordinator – Remote (Switzerland)

About the role

We are looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to support high‑growth recruiting operations in a fast‑moving technology environment. Based in Switzerland and working remotely, you will ensure a smooth, efficient, and positive experience for candidates and hiring teams across multiple locations and time zones.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule interviews across various time zones, involving candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and interview panels.
• Manage candidate communications throughout the hiring journey with professionalism and attention to detail.
• Maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate candidate records and reliable recruiting data.
• Track recruiting metrics and support reporting on pipeline activity, hiring progress, and operational performance.
• Assist with candidate sourcing initiatives, outbound recruiting campaigns, and offer coordination.
• Improve recruiting workflows, documentation, and operational processes as the organization scales.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives, talent programs, and recruiting projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 3+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, recruiting operations, or talent acquisition.
• Strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive, organized, and comfortable collaborating with distributed teams.

Required skills

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
