Recruitment Manager / Staffing Specialist / HR Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Recruitment Manager / Staffing Specialist / HR Consultant to join our growing team. You will lead the full talent acquisition cycle, partner with hiring managers, and ensure a positive candidate experience while supporting broader HR initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies for diverse functions and levels.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define workforce needs and hiring goals.
• Create and post job ads across job boards, social media, and other channels.
• Conduct candidate assessments, interviews, and reference checks.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring.
• Provide guidance on recruitment best practices and market trends.
• Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
• Support HR initiatives related to employee engagement and workforce planning.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Management or related field.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
• Organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices is a plus.
• Previous experience in recruitment, staffing, talent acquisition or HR preferred.
