About the role

We are looking for a creative and motivated Remote Social Media Manager to join our digital marketing team. You will help beauty salons and local businesses boost their online presence across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and schedule engaging content tailored to each client’s brand and target audience.
• Manage daily posting and community engagement on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other channels.
• Monitor analytics and prepare regular performance reports to inform strategy adjustments.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align content with broader marketing campaigns.
• Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Stay updated on social media trends and best practices relevant to the beauty and local business sectors.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing social media accounts for brands or businesses.
• Strong written communication skills and a creative approach to content development.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple accounts, and meet deadlines.
• Reliable internet connection and availability for remote collaboration.
• Knowledge of the beauty industry or experience with local business marketing is a plus.
