Reservations Supervisor

About the role

The Reservations Supervisor leads the Reservations team at Six Senses Crans-Montana, ensuring seamless booking experiences that reflect the brand’s wellness, sustainability and hospitality values. You will work closely with the Reservations and Revenue Manager to deliver exceptional service from inquiry to departure.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coach Reservations hosts in daily tasks and checklist completion.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of room types, rates, packages, credit policies and reservation coding.
• Enforce brand policies, procedures and best practices across the department.
• Collaborate with other departments to meet guest needs and support revenue goals.
• Handle guest complaints and service recovery to ensure satisfaction.
• Promote and integrate Six Senses wellness and sustainability initiatives into reservation processes.
• Ensure compliance with safety, security and emergency procedures.
