About the role
Maje is seeking a Store Manager for its concession in Globus Bern. The role involves overseeing commercial and operational management, leading a small team, and ensuring visual‑merchandising standards.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the commercial and operational management of the store.
- Lead and manage a small team of sales associates.
- Coach, train and develop team members.
- Drive in‑store animation and customer experience.
- Ensure compliance with visual‑merchandising (VM) guidelines.
Required profile
- Strong leader who can unite and motivate the team.
- Compassionate manager focused on coaching and development.
- Ability to analyse business performance and implement action plans.
- Passion for fashion and retail.
