Sales Associate – Luxury Watch Boutique

About the role

The Sales Associate will deliver a personalized, memorable experience to clients in Hublot’s Zurich boutique, embodying the brand’s innovative spirit and luxury standards. This role supports the boutique’s commercial success through strong client engagement, sales performance, and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and guide clients through a premium, tailored in‑store experience.
• Identify client needs and recommend products that align with the Hublot universe.
• Contribute to individual and boutique sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Build and maintain relationships with local and international clientele.
• Participate in CRM and clienteling activities, including follow‑up outreach.
• Represent the brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and compelling product storytelling.
• Maintain impeccable boutique presentation, visual merchandising, and stock organization.
• Support daily operations such as inventory management and replenishment.
• Ensure compliance with boutique procedures, policies, and service standards.
• Engage in in‑store events, animations, and product launches.
• Collaborate with the team to foster a positive, high‑performing work environment.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or a client‑facing environment; luxury experience is a plus.
• Strong interest in luxury watchmaking and client experience.
• Fluent in German and English; additional languages are an asset.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Service‑oriented mindset with meticulous attention to detail.
• Positive attitude, team spirit, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to adapt to diverse client profiles with professionalism.
• Well‑groomed and aligned with luxury brand standards.
