Sales Development Representative – Nordics

About the role
Join a fast‑growing, cloud‑focused sales organization in Switzerland and lead outbound prospecting across the Nordics. You will work remotely, collaborating with Account Executives, Marketing, and cloud partners to generate qualified meetings that drive revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
- Execute multi‑channel outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn, automated campaigns) to build a robust pipeline in the Nordics.
- Own the full outbound sales cycle from research to securing qualified meetings for Account Executives.
- Partner with Account Executives to define territory strategy, target accounts, and improve pipeline quality.
- Design and optimise campaigns using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Clay, and other sales engagement platforms.
- Identify and engage technical decision‑makers (CTOs, VP Engineering, Head of DevOps) and convey complex cloud value propositions.
- Support regional go‑to‑market initiatives, including marketing campaigns, events, and digital activities.
Required profile
- 1‑3+ years of experience in Sales Development or Business Development, preferably in cloud, SaaS, or B2B technology.
- Proven track record of outbound lead generation and meeting pipeline targets.
- Experience engaging with technical decision‑makers and understanding enterprise SaaS sales cycles.
- Highly motivated, goal‑oriented, and resilient with strong persistence in prospecting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
