About the role
The Sales Development Representative will drive outbound prospecting for the Swiss market in a fast‑growing international SaaS company. You will be the first point of contact for potential customers, creating high‑quality meetings for the sales team and shaping the initial perception of the solution.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct cold‑calling, email campaigns and LinkedIn outreach to generate qualified pipeline in Switzerland.
- Identify, engage and qualify prospects, booking meetings for Account Executives.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular pipeline reporting.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to refine messaging, targeting and outreach strategies.
- Continuously improve outreach techniques to increase conversion rates.
- Represent the company as a brand ambassador in all external interactions.
Required profile
- Fluent in Swiss German and proficient in English.
- Previous experience in Sales Development, Inside Sales or a similar customer‑facing role.
- Proven success in outbound prospecting using phone, email and LinkedIn.
- Highly target‑driven, resilient and motivated to exceed KPIs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive, structured approach.
- Team‑oriented mindset and ambition to progress to senior sales positions.
