About the role
As a Sales Manager for Experian, you will drive growth across the Swiss market by acquiring new customers, expanding strategic accounts, and delivering high‑impact value propositions for complex software solutions. You will operate with a consultative, value‑based sales mindset and manage full, mid‑to‑long sales cycles.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, develop and win new customers across Switzerland through targeted prospecting and strategic account planning.
- Own the complete sales cycle from discovery to contract closure, including solution design and business case development.
- Build trusted, long‑term relationships with existing customers, engage senior decision‑makers and generate upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.
- Apply a consultative, value‑based approach to position complex software solutions that deliver efficiency gains, revenue growth and risk mitigation.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Consulting and Professional Services to create tailored customer solutions and targeted campaigns.
- Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting and disciplined CRM usage (Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Provide market intelligence, customer insights and competitive analysis to product, marketing and leadership teams.
Required profile
- Proven experience selling complex software solutions in a B2B environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage full sales cycles and close strategic deals.
- Strong consultative, value‑based selling mindset.
- Excellent relationship‑building skills with senior stakeholders.
- Ability to work cross‑functionally with marketing, consulting and professional services teams.
