SAP Logistics Application / Business Process Manager

About the role

We are looking for a SAP Logistics Application / Business Process Manager to own and continuously improve outbound logistics and transportation processes across our global organisation. You will translate business requirements into standardized SAP solutions and roll them out to international sites.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, support and develop SAP logistics outbound and transport management processes.
• Analyse, standardise, document and monitor end‑to‑end logistics processes.
• Capture, assess and prioritise business requirements and create functional solution concepts.
• Steer development orders with internal and external partners and ensure successful implementation.
• Run tests, deliver trainings, support global roll‑outs and coordinate Process Managers, Key Users and Super Users worldwide.

Required profile

• Several years of experience in IT, logistics, supply chain management or freight forwarding.
• Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Logistics or equivalent with relevant training.
• Comprehensive understanding of end‑to‑end logistics and supply chain processes, including customer service, procurement and willingness to learn trade, customs and export control.
• Project leadership experience, strong analytical and conceptual skills, confident stakeholder communication and business‑fluent English.

Required skills

• Strong functional knowledge of SAP LE or SAP TM.
• Experience with SAP GTS, SAP SD or SAP PS is an advantage.
