Search & AI Visibility Specialist

About the role

As the Search & AI Visibility Specialist at Swissquote, you will own how the bank is discovered, understood and recommended across search engines, AI platforms and app stores. This senior individual contributor role combines deep hands‑on expertise with the ability to drive initiatives across Marketing, Product, Content and Technology.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive SEO, GEO and ASO strategy across markets, growing visibility for key products and queries.
• Develop AI discovery approaches, including content architecture, entities, structured data and emerging standards.
• Own technical SEO health, resolve crawling, indexing, internationalisation and performance issues, and work closely with development teams.
• Identify content opportunities, guide creation of search‑ and AI‑friendly content, and strengthen authority across the web.
• Manage organic visibility and conversion in Apple App Store and Google Play, handling keyword strategy, metadata, localisation and testing.
• Build measurement frameworks across search, AI platforms and app stores, turning data into actionable business recommendations.

Required profile

• 7+ years of SEO experience with senior ownership of technical SEO for large, multilingual sites.
• Strong understanding of AI search, GEO and digital discovery trends.
• Proven ability to lead complex cross‑functional initiatives and influence decisions without direct authority.
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English; French or German are strong assets.

Required skills

• Technical SEO expertise: crawling, indexing, rendering, international SEO, structured data, site architecture.
• Tools: Google Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog, Semrush/Ahrefs, AI visibility platforms.
• ASO experience for Apple App Store and Google Play.
• Analytical skills: SQL, BigQuery, scripting, AI‑powered automation.
