Senior Account Executive

About the role

We are seeking a senior‑level Account Executive to lead the full sales cycle for a fast‑growing B2B SaaS platform in the performance‑marketing space. Based in Switzerland but working fully remote, you will own prospecting, closing, onboarding and expansion of enterprise customers while partnering directly with the executive team.

Key responsibilities

• Drive end‑to‑end sales activities: prospecting, demos, negotiations and closing new contracts.
• Develop long‑term relationships through onboarding, retention, upselling and account expansion.
• Design and maintain sales infrastructure, including CRM configuration, outreach workflows and playbooks.
• Collaborate with leadership to refine ideal customer profiles, messaging and go‑to‑market strategy.
• Provide accurate pipeline visibility, forecasting and revenue reporting.
• Gather customer feedback to inform product roadmap and market positioning.
• Identify new opportunities within performance marketing, affiliate, lead generation and call‑center sectors.

Required profile

• 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience in performance‑marketing, affiliate networks, lead generation or call‑center environments.
• Proven outbound hunting ability with a consistent record of closing recurring‑revenue deals.
• Comfort operating in fast‑paced, early‑stage companies with high ownership expectations.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

• Understanding of performance‑marketing KPIs such as CPL, EPC and ROAS.
