Senior Business Development Manager – Swiss Market

About the role

Anapaya is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to accelerate growth in the Swiss market. Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, you will combine technical knowledge of networking and cybersecurity solutions with strong commercial acumen to create new opportunities and close strategic deals.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, pursue and close B2B opportunities in French‑ and/or German‑speaking regions of Switzerland.
• Lead the full sales cycle from lead generation and pitch preparation to offer creation and contract signing.
• Collaborate with marketing to raise brand awareness at trade events and lead‑generating activities.
• Act as a trusted advisor to partners, ensuring end‑to‑end satisfaction and successful delivery of SCION‑based solutions.
• Provide customer feedback to the product team and help shape future offerings.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of senior‑level strategic B2B sales or business development experience.
• Fluent in German and/or French with strong English proficiency.
• Proven track record in solution selling within a technology company.
• Deep understanding of modern network infrastructures, carrier ecosystems and application‑layer networking.
• Comfortable introducing and selling new technologies to the market.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
