Senior Director, International FP&A

About the role

Mirum Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Senior Director to lead International Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) for its commercial operations. Based in Zug, this senior finance leader will partner with International leadership, drive financial performance across Europe and emerging markets, and support the commercialization of LIVMARLI and future pipeline assets.

Key responsibilities

• Own and lead FP&A for International Commercial Operations, with full accountability for regional P&L performance.
• Serve as the primary finance partner to International leadership, influencing strategy, investment decisions, and operational execution.
• Bridge International markets and US headquarters to ensure alignment with global financial goals.
• Build and evolve the international FP&A capability, including processes, tools, and team structure.
• Lead annual planning, long‑range planning, and ongoing forecasting cycles for International markets.
• Drive monthly and quarterly business reviews, delivering insights and actionable recommendations.
• Provide scenario planning, financial modeling, and ROI analysis to support market expansion, product launches, and resource allocation.

Required profile

• Senior finance professional with extensive experience in FP&A for international commercial operations.
• Proven ability to lead a finance function, manage regional P&L, and influence senior leadership.
• Strong track record of building finance capabilities and delivering strategic decision support in a growth‑stage biotech environment.
• Excellent collaboration skills across Commercial, Market Access, Supply Chain, R&D, Legal, Compliance, HR, and global Finance teams.
