Senior Director - Real World Evidence (RWE) Europe

About the role

An established European Real World Evidence (RWE) business, with strong scientific capabilities, is looking for a commercially driven Senior Director to expand its business across Europe. The business has an established presence in France, Germany and the Nordics and wants to build new relationships with global pharmaceutical organisations, especially through their Swiss and UK headquarters. The role is based in Switzerland (hybrid/remote) and UK-based candidates are also considered; the salary is CHF 140k-160k base plus bonus and benefits.

Key responsibilities

• Open new pharmaceutical accounts and develop senior client relationships.
• Identify, shape and win high-value RWE opportunities.
• Work with scientific teams to develop sophisticated, multi-country evidence solutions.
• Bring together expertise across the wider group to support commercial growth.
• Influence commercial strategy and provide senior oversight of key client engagements.

Required profile

• A successful track record of winning business in RWE, HEOR or related evidence generation services.
• Established pharmaceutical industry relationships, ideally at European or global HQ level based in Switzerland and/or the UK.
• Technical credibility to discuss complex RWE solutions with senior stakeholders.
• An entrepreneurial, commercially minded approach and the ambition to grow a European business.
