Senior Frontend Developer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Frontend Developer to enhance our HR Service Delivery (HRSD) platform. You will design, configure, and build modern web applications that support the employee lifecycle, with a strong focus on quality, automation, and scalable architecture.

Key responsibilities

• Build reusable, scalable, and accessible UI components using React and Next.js.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver high‑quality user experiences.
• Integrate frontend applications with backend services and APIs (GraphQL or REST).
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Troubleshoot issues, optimise performance, and continuously improve application quality.
• Follow engineering standards, security requirements, and best practices.
• Support production stability through defect fixing and performance tuning.

Required profile

• Pragmatic, hands‑on developer comfortable working in an HR context.
• Values automated testing and quality assurance.
• Can deliver well‑engineered solutions independently while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
