Senior Infrastructure & Cloud Engineer

About the role

The Senior Infrastructure & Cloud Engineer will ensure the reliability, security, and performance of our hybrid IT environment. You will manage both cloud and on‑premises platforms, supporting critical business services and driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Implement, administer, and support Microsoft Azure infrastructure and services.
• Manage Microsoft 365 suite, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive.
• Configure and maintain Microsoft Entra ID, Entra Connect, Conditional Access, and hybrid identity.
• Deploy, administer, and troubleshoot Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops in on‑premises and Azure environments.
• Maintain virtualization platforms such as VMware and Hyper‑V, including hosts and virtual machines.
• Administer physical and virtual server infrastructure, Active Directory, Group Policies, and hybrid identity.
• Oversee storage, backup, disaster‑recovery solutions, and Microsoft SQL Server environments.
• Manage SCCM for patching, endpoint configuration, and software deployment.
• Monitor system health, performance, and security; resolve incidents proactively.
