Senior Life Actuary (m/f/d)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Life Actuary to join a leading life insurance organization in Adliswil. The role involves shaping new life insurance tariffs, driving actuarial innovation, and supporting strategic transformation projects. You will work in a hybrid environment with up to 60% remote work.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to the development of new life insurance tariffs and support their implementation into systems.
• Develop actuarial and financial calculation principles for valuation and pricing.
• Analyze existing products and identify optimisation opportunities for portfolio management.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on strategic transformation initiatives.
• Design pragmatic, future‑oriented actuarial solutions.

Required profile

• University degree in Mathematics or another quantitative discipline.
• Additional qualification as Actuary (SAV/DAV).
• 5–10 years of experience in life insurance actuarial work.
• Strong knowledge of individual life insurance products.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Fluent in German and English.
