Senior Manager – New Country Entries & Corporate Development (EMEA)

About the role

Restaurant Brands International is seeking a Senior Manager to lead new‑country expansion for Burger King and Popeyes across EMEA. Based in Zug, Switzerland, the role combines strategy, corporate development and franchising to drive market entry from assessment through deal signing.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end new‑country opportunities, including market assessment, partner selection, deal structuring and internal approval.
• Build investment cases and financial models covering market potential, unit economics, capital requirements and risk analysis.
• Identify, engage and evaluate prospective franchise partners and investors, conducting commercial and financial diligence.
• Negotiate deal terms covering territories, economics, development commitments and governance.
• Coordinate cross‑functional execution with Legal, Finance, Operations, Marketing, Supply Chain, Technology and other teams.
• Prepare investment papers and executive presentations for senior leadership approval.

Required profile

• 5‑9 years of experience in strategy, consulting, private equity, corporate development, investment banking or franchising.
• Background in consumer, retail, restaurant or food‑service sectors is strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or economics; MBA or MSc is a plus.
• Authorized to work in Switzerland without sponsorship.
