Senior Manager Quality WE

About the role

Carlsberg is looking for a Senior Manager Quality for the Western Europe (WE) region. You will shape regional quality strategy, coach country quality leads and ensure that all Carlsberg sites, joint‑venture partners and licensees meet Group standards.

Key responsibilities

• Implement the regional quality strategy aligned with Carlsberg Group policies.
• Support the rollout of quality and food‑safety management systems across owned, JV and third‑party sites.
• Build supplier and material quality systems and ensure compliance with Carlsberg standards.
• Develop local team capabilities and coach quality leads.
• Translate sensory feedback into corrective actions to drive continuous improvement.
• Facilitate workshops, trainings and coaching visits to improve performance.
• Validate Quality COM self‑assessments and support on‑site audits.
• Identify systemic quality, compliance and performance issues.
• Lead production quality initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
• Collect and share best practices across the region and with other regions.
• Maintain a quality‑driven culture and monitor key KPIs such as Sensory Quality, Right First Time and audit scores.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of quality or production experience, preferably in FMCG or food industry.
• Experience in soft‑drink quality is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of quality and process standards.
• Proven leadership, project‑management and coaching abilities.
• Excellent influencing and stakeholder‑management skills.
