Senior Performance Marketer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Performance Marketer to lead high‑budget paid acquisition in a fast‑growing AI‑driven consumer tech company. Based in Switzerland but fully remote, you will own the end‑to‑end user acquisition funnel across global markets, driving efficiency, profitability and rapid growth for a product used by tens of millions worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Own and scale paid channels such as Meta, TikTok, Google, Snapchat, Apple Search Ads and native networks, optimizing CAC, ROAS and LTV.
• Design and execute high‑velocity testing of creatives, audiences, placements and funnels.
• Analyze daily performance with GA4, Voluum and internal dashboards to inform optimization decisions.
• Build reporting frameworks for strategic planning and performance visibility.
• Define creative hooks, angles and messaging based on data insights.
• Collaborate with content and product teams to improve landing pages and conversion rates.
• Manage media partner relationships, negotiate placements and explore new acquisition opportunities.
• Implement automation, SOPs and playbooks to scale processes.

Required profile

• 4‑10+ years in performance, user acquisition or growth marketing.
• Proven track record managing $300K‑$1M+ monthly media budgets.
• Strong analytical mindset with deep understanding of CAC, LTV, ROAS and funnel optimization.
• Excellent English communication and independent ownership mindset.
• Comfortable thriving in experimental, fast‑paced environments.
