Senior Product Manager, Platform

About the role

Nexthink is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the evolution of its Platform group. You will shape the foundational capabilities that enable AI‑driven experiences, simplify adoption, and accelerate delivery of new features.

Key responsibilities

• Define and evolve platform capabilities that make the product faster to build on, easier to scale, and ready for AI‑powered experiences.
• Partner with engineering and feature teams to identify opportunities where AI and automation can simplify configuration, setup, and ongoing management for IT teams.
• Collaborate with other platform and feature PMs to design reusable, high‑impact components and manage cross‑domain dependencies.
• Translate complex technical trade‑offs into clear product outcomes, roadmaps, and measurable impact.

Required profile

• 7+ years of product management experience in enterprise software or complex SaaS platforms.
• Strong analytical and systems‑thinking skills with the ability to structure ambiguous problems.
• Proven ability to engage enterprise IT customers and communicate clearly with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Entrepreneurial, outcome‑driven mindset and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, global team environment.

Required skills

• Solid understanding of backend systems.
• Experience with APIs and data models.
• Knowledge of cloud‑native architectures.
