About the role
We are looking for a high‑performing Senior Recruitment Consultant to join the founding team of our new Lucerne office. You will be responsible for building a market from the ground up while leveraging the resources of an established international recruitment firm.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and grow your own client portfolio and market in Lucerne.
- Generate new business through proactive business development and client acquisition.
- Contribute to the office’s launch, shaping processes and culture as part of the founding team.
Required profile
- Proven recruitment billing of at least CHF 250 k per year.
- Experience creating and managing your own client accounts and generating new business.
