About the role

We are looking for a high‑performing Senior Recruitment Consultant to join the founding team of our new Lucerne office. You will be responsible for building a market from the ground up while leveraging the resources of an established international recruitment firm.

Key responsibilities

Develop and grow your own client portfolio and market in Lucerne.
Generate new business through proactive business development and client acquisition.
Contribute to the office’s launch, shaping processes and culture as part of the founding team.

Required profile

Proven recruitment billing of at least CHF 250 k per year.
Experience creating and managing your own client accounts and generating new business.
