Senior Sales and Account Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Sales and Account Manager to expand our global footprint and lead strategic accounts for an advanced delivery platform that combines hardware and software to deliver transparent, cost‑effective bunker services. This high‑influence position works directly with the executive board to shape and execute the commercial roadmap.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new leads, identify decision‑makers and evaluate business opportunities.
• Develop and implement sales and business‑development strategies and processes.
• Support deal structuring, pricing and business‑value analysis, and negotiate proposals.
• Manage the sales pipeline, forecast revenues and monitor industry trends.
• Conduct competitive landscape analysis and provide insights to stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary contact for new clients from pitch through onboarding.
• Maintain existing client accounts, handle contract renewals and conduct product demos with the product team.

Required profile

• 5+ years of B2B sales and negotiation experience in commodities, shipping or bunkering.
• Proven track record of managing projects with clients or external stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong analytical abilities with experience in data analysis, forecasting and budgeting.
• Self‑motivated, able to work under pressure and collaborate with a distributed global team.
