Senior SEO Content Strategist

About the role

We are seeking a Senior SEO Content Strategist to lead organic growth for a fast‑growing fintech and cryptocurrency platform in Switzerland. The role combines technical SEO, content strategy, and digital PR to boost visibility, attract qualified audiences, and drive measurable conversions.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute the end‑to‑end organic growth strategy, including keyword research, competitive analysis, SEO roadmap, and performance targets.
• Implement technical SEO improvements such as site architecture, crawlability, page‑speed, schema markup, internal linking, and Core Web Vitals.
• Collaborate with developers and designers to ensure new product launches follow SEO best practices.
• Manage SEO tools and reporting platforms (Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog) to uncover opportunities and deliver insights.
• Create and optimise content across blogs, landing pages, and educational resources, producing SEO‑focused copy that complies with financial regulations.
• Conduct content audits to refresh and consolidate existing assets for better performance.
• Lead digital PR initiatives, researching link‑earning assets and managing outreach via HARO, Qwoted, and similar platforms.
• Monitor backlink profile, domain authority, and earned media impact to continuously refine strategies.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of combined SEO and content marketing experience, preferably in fintech, cryptocurrency, or other regulated financial services.
• Proven track record of increasing organic traffic, improving rankings, and driving conversions through strategic SEO initiatives.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent written communication skills for explaining complex financial topics clearly and compliantly.
