Senior Site Reliability Engineer (B2B Contract)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer on a B2B contract to ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of mission‑critical platforms that support global healthcare operations. You will work in an international, cloud‑focused engineering team, driving automation, observability, and operational excellence across distributed environments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead reliability and operational excellence initiatives for production systems and cloud services.
• Define, implement, and manage SLIs, SLOs, SLAs, and error budgets.
• Design and maintain scalable, resilient cloud‑native architectures with strong automation focus.
• Build and optimize Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD pipelines.
• Develop monitoring, logging, tracing, and alerting capabilities for proactive incident response.
• Drive incident management, root‑cause analysis, and post‑incident reviews.
• Collaborate with engineering, security, product, and vendor teams globally.
• Support operational maturity through documentation, runbooks, and automation.
• Mentor engineers and share reliability best practices.
• Perform capacity planning, performance analysis, and reliability assessments.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, Platform Engineering, DevOps, or similar roles.
• Strong hands‑on expertise with AWS; experience with Azure or GCP is a plus.
• Proven experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, automation, and Git‑based workflows.
• Experience implementing reliability frameworks (SLIs, SLOs, SLAs, error budgets).
