Senior Social and Community Strategist

About the role

This senior position drives the brand’s social presence and community influence across digital ecosystems in Switzerland. You will shape strategy, execute campaigns, and build authentic engagement with enterprise decision‑makers, marketers, and developers.

Key responsibilities

• Own and evolve the social media strategy across LinkedIn and other key platforms, including editorial planning, publishing cadence, audience growth, and engagement optimization.
• Manage and expand the company’s presence in strategic online communities such as forums, Slack groups, Reddit channels, and industry‑specific networks.
• Lead employee advocacy programs by providing content resources, playbooks, and engagement frameworks.
• Monitor social listening tools and community discussions to surface actionable insights for marketing, product, sales, and leadership.
• Collaborate with design, video, PR, and content teams to create platform‑native social content and campaigns.
• Build and manage influencer, creator, and partnership initiatives aligned with brand positioning.
• Support social communication during high‑visibility events, product launches, and reputation‑related situations.
• Analyze performance metrics and continuously optimize strategies based on engagement quality, sentiment, and business impact.

Required profile

• 8+ years of B2B social media, community management, or digital brand strategy experience.
• Proven track record managing LinkedIn and other channels for enterprise SaaS or technology brands.
• Experience building and scaling employee advocacy programs with measurable results.
• Deep understanding of online community dynamics across forums, Reddit, Slack, and industry‑specific networks.
• Strong storytelling, writing, and editorial skills.
• Hands‑on fluency with AI‑powered workflows and social listening platforms.
