Senior Talent Partner – Tech Recruitment

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Talent Partner (Tech) to lead end‑to‑end recruitment for both technical and commercial functions in a fast‑scaling startup based in Switzerland. Operating in a remote‑first environment, you will shape the talent engine that drives the company’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own full‑cycle recruitment for engineering, product, design, sales, GTM and customer‑success roles.
• Build and nurture long‑term talent pipelines, focusing on passive candidate engagement across European tech and SaaS markets.
• Partner with founders and hiring managers to define role requirements, challenge assumptions and refine hiring briefs.
• Design, automate and continuously improve hiring workflows to ensure speed, quality and consistency.
• Track recruitment metrics such as conversion rates, time‑to‑hire and sourcing effectiveness.
• Contribute to employer branding and talent marketing initiatives.

Required profile

• 6+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in European tech hiring.
• Proven success hiring for early‑stage startups (Seed or Series A).
• Strong ability to recruit for technical roles with enough technical fluency to converse with engineers.
• Experience hiring across both technical and commercial functions.
• Background in SaaS or AI‑driven startups.
