About the role
Julius Baer is looking for a Senior Technical Workday Expert to cover a maternity leave until 31 July 2027. You will act as the subject‑matter expert for the Workday HCM platform, ensuring technical stability and continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Own the technical configuration, stability and development of the Workday tenant.
- Support and advise business SMEs on functional and technical Workday matters.
- Coordinate HR technology initiatives, handling stakeholder management, planning, risk and issue resolution.
- Develop enhancements to meet evolving business and regulatory requirements.
Required profile
- Relevant degree in IT, Computer Science, MIS or similar.
- Several years of hands‑on experience configuring Workday HCM, preferably Core HCM, Recruiting and/or Security.
- Strong analytical, conceptual and solution‑oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication, intercultural competence and discretion.
Required skills
- Workday HCM configuration (Core, Recruiting, Security)
- Workday Pro certification (asset)
- Microsoft Office suite
