Senior Technical Workday Expert (80-100%) Maternity Cover

About the role

Julius Baer is looking for a Senior Technical Workday Expert to ensure the stability, configuration and evolution of its Workday HCM tenant during a maternity cover period ending 31 July 2027. You will act as the subject‑matter expert for Workday, supporting business stakeholders and maintaining high‑quality employee data.

Key responsibilities

• Own the technical stability, configuration and continuous development of the Workday tenant.
• Provide expert advice and consulting to business SMEs on Workday functional areas.
• Develop and enhance Workday solutions to meet business and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Relevant degree in IT, Computer Science, MIS or similar.
• Several years of hands‑on experience configuring Workday HCM, preferably in Core HCM, Recruiting and/or Security.
• Proven experience coordinating HR‑technology initiatives with strong stakeholder management.
• Solution‑oriented mindset, analytical thinking and ability to work in a changing environment.

Required skills

• Workday HCM configuration (Core, Recruiting, Security).
• Workday Pro certification (asset).
• Microsoft Office suite.
