Service Technician – Parking & Access Solutions

About the role

As a Service Technician for French‑speaking Switzerland, you will bring innovative parking management and access‑control solutions to life. You will install, commission and maintain systems, support customers on‑site and in the Sion office, and ensure smooth operation with a high degree of autonomy.

Key responsibilities

• Install, commission and maintain parking and access‑control systems across French‑speaking Switzerland.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and restore plant operation quickly.
• Provide on‑site and office‑based training and support to customers.
• Prepare clear service reports and maintain accurate documentation.
• Participate in on‑call service rotation.

Required profile

• CFC electronics technician or equivalent training.
• Strong knowledge of networks and databases.
• Practical problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer‑orientation.
• Autonomous, flexible and team‑spirit driven.
• Resident in Switzerland (preferably Lake Geneva region) with a valid driver’s licence.
• Fluent French and professional‑level English.
