Social Media Manager – Album Rollout

About the role

We are looking for a Social Media Manager to support the release of an independent soul/R&B album. This remote position offers hands‑on experience in music management and digital marketing, working closely with an emerging artist to shape a creative rollout strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and organize the album rollout strategy.
• Coordinate and schedule social‑media content across Instagram, Twitter, TikTok and other platforms.
• Publish posts, monitor audience engagement, and respond to comments and messages.
• Participate in creative discussions and planning calls with the artist.
• Assist in structuring the release timeline and managing rollout materials.
• Support the artist in building a cohesive online presence.

Required profile

• Strong interest in music, digital marketing, and artist development.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
• Creative mindset and willingness to contribute ideas.
• Enthusiasm, reliability and availability for regular check‑ins.
