About the role

We are seeking a Social Media Specialist to join a fast‑growing digital team in Switzerland. You will shape and deliver engaging content across multiple platforms, turning trends, live moments, and cultural insights into impactful brand storytelling.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and maintain multi‑platform content calendars aligned with campaigns, live events, and real‑time opportunities.
• Create and execute platform‑native content tailored to each channel’s format and audience behavior.
• Monitor trends, sports moments, and internet culture to identify reactive content opportunities.
• Coordinate influencer and creator collaborations, ensuring smooth communication and timely delivery.
• Support selection and evaluation of creators based on relevance, performance, and brand alignment.
• Drive community engagement while maintaining a consistent brand tone.
• Track and analyze performance metrics, turning insights into optimization strategies.
• Collaborate with design, copy, and acquisition teams for seamless execution.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing social media accounts for brands, preferably in sports, entertainment, gaming, or betting.
• Strong knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, X (Twitter), YouTube, and Facebook.
• Deep understanding of platform‑native content, meme culture, and reactive social strategies.
• Experience with influencer marketing and fast‑moving creator ecosystems.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret social media metrics.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Professional proficiency in English.
